Since the beginning SIMTECH activity has been concentrated in the leather drying field considering more than 20 years experience by the founders into the leather industry. Working between commercial and technical next tanneries in Italy and abroad, the company was engaged at first to produces spare parts and kit for reconditioning and upgrading vacuum dryer machines arriving after years to design and develop new turn key high vacuum systems where we have gained a very good quality and reliable products.
As constant display of its commitment the company has designed and developed a series of systems to produce high vacuum depression applicable on all brands and types of vacuum dryer machine for the leather industry.

ORKAAN, revulotionary and unique
After years of development SIMTECH srl has finally launched ORKAAN series 300-400 as revolutionary and unique high vacuum system with dry screw pump technology today present in the leather field industry.
Where is necessary a low-temperature drying ORKAAN is suitable to be installed on any vacuum dryer machine independently from brand, type or model.
Firstly the force of ORKAAN being completely a stand alone system is its applicability anywhere without any consent or signal from vacuum dryer machines where its PLC does control for each function or alarm.
In case of old type vacuum dryer machines where condensation pack is obsolete or not suitable to achieve a low temperature drying, ORKAAN is designed to recover that deficiency with the aid of a self-condensation pack on board where customers have the possibility to reach performances in drying and working time like last generation vacuum dryer machines.
Using the dry screw pump technology combined with dry tri-lobe blower technology ORKAAN enjoys a incomparable reliability up to 25.000 working hours tested using less than 50% electric power consumption in comparison with all others type of vacuum system.
Completely with no water waste ORKAAN can working continuously at maximum speed and on excellent vacuum degree considering its suction capacity constant during all working shift.

NUP86, equipped with all features
Vacuum dryer machine NUP86 of SIMTECH Srl company is a machine wholly equipped with all features of a big vacuum dryer for production and completely independent.
Unlike all other vacuum dryer machines for laboratory on market today, NUP86 of SIMTECH is built with frame and working table made wholly in stainless steel AISI316 (above and below) honed and polished to a mirror, heated by recirculation of hot water, comprehensive of centrifugal water pump, stainless steel heating exchanger complete with electrical resistances and open expansion tank.
Heating system is controlled by static relay with 4-20 mA signal to ensure the maintenance of temperature instead of using old system with electro-mechanic thermostat;
in the same time 4-20 mA signal control ensures maximum performance of the vacuum dryer machine with minimum power consumption.
As any vacuum dryer machine for production, NUP86 of SIMTECH has drying chamber complete of EPDM diaphragm, double cross mesh made in stainless steel AISI316 and fine mesh REEPS also made in AISI316.
Vacuum is produced by water ring pump complete with automatic valve for water supply.
NUP86 of SIMTECH has a full independent control panel complete with power and auxiliary components. On board of the control panel is installed a PLC to manage automatically the whole working process without the presence of the operator.
From small control display housed above the control panel is possible communicate with PLC in order to fix working temperature and working time.
At the end of drying cycle the top of the machine opens automatically by pneumatic cylinder and the machine will turn off keeping on run heating system only.
On customer request when is necessary have a drying with new dry vacuum technology, NUP86 can be equipped with a dry screw pump instead of a traditional water ring pump.
